The electronic ticket in a PDF format is sent to the e-mail address specified by the ticket buyer after the transaction has been completed and payment processed.
Electronic ticket retailer “BLUE IT” Ltd, reg. No. 40103864793, registered address Skolas iela 3-30, Salaspils, LV-2121, hereinafter the TRADER, shall not be liable for any delays or failed delivery if it resulted from the ticket buyer providing incorrect e-mail address or mail server filters and other technical reasons or restrictions applied to the specified delivery email address.
If the ticket buyer has not received the electronic ticket, the TRADER must be notified either by e-mail: support@blue-it.lv or phone: +371 28453110, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. Once the fact of the payment has been confirmed and a technical error or other reasons identified as the cause to why the electronic ticket was not delivered, the TRADER shall ensure that the electronic ticket is re-sent to the ticket buyer's e-mail address.
