Delivery terms:

  • The electronic ticket in a PDF format is sent to the e-mail address specified by the ticket buyer after the transaction has been completed and payment processed.

  • Electronic ticket retailer “BLUE IT” Ltd, reg. No. 40103864793, registered address Skolas iela 3-30, Salaspils, LV-2121, hereinafter the TRADER, shall not be liable for any delays or failed delivery if it resulted from the ticket buyer providing incorrect e-mail address or mail server filters and other technical reasons or restrictions applied to the specified delivery email address.

  • If the ticket buyer has not received the electronic ticket, the TRADER must be notified either by e-mail: support@blue-it.lv or phone: +371 28453110, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. Once the fact of the payment has been confirmed and a technical error or other reasons identified as the cause to why the electronic ticket was not delivered, the TRADER shall ensure that the electronic ticket is re-sent to the ticket buyer's e-mail address.
