Payment for purchased electronic tickets shall not be refunded by the SERVICE PROVIDER, unless otherwise indicated by the SERVICE PROVIDER. In that case, the exchange or refund of electronic tickets shall be organized and provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
The ticket is valid only on the specified date. Tickets not used on the specified date will not be refunded.
Gift ticket is valid for the duration of time indicated on it. Expired gift ticket that has not been used during the indicated period is non-refundable.
Any discrepancies that may arise while shopping on the electronic communications website e-tickets.rundale.net shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the territory of the Republic of Latvia.
